Amboseli National Park and its surrounding areas make for some of the best elephant photography in the world; it has a large population of elephants and dramatic environments, including dry dusty lake beds and Mt Kilimanjaro as an occasional backdrop. This image was captured just outside the National Park which enabled me the opportunity to leave the vehicle and lie prone on the ground in front of it to get a more dramatic image of this solitary bull elephant from a low angle . After 5 minutes of uneventful shooting, the elephant started to show some signs of agitation - shown here by its flapping ears and swishing tail, and so I retreated to the car to provide him with some space and to seek out other adventures.

For example, if a print is a limited edition of 25, once those 25 prints have sold, that limited edition will no longer be available for sale. The exclusive nature of a limited edition print effectively raises its value and, therefore, its price.

As an edition sells, the price may increase to reflect the image’s increased scarcity. When you acquire an image closer to its release, you are receiving the best pricing. The most accurate information on pricing will always be available on this site.
